Privacy Panels

Fabricmate Soft-Spoken® Privacy Panels and Quick-Carrel® Systems allow you to quickly and easily create needed privacy whenever and wherever you want. They are an ideal low cost solution for your temporary, semi-permanent, or permanent privacy requirements.

They are available in a wide range of standard sizes and custom sizes are easily accommodated. No longer must you choose from just a few colors of a single fabric. Now you can choose from many different styles and colors of fabric. Custom graphics including artwork, scenes, and company logos can
be added. These panels are constructed from ReCore®, the environmentally responsible substrate. They are high-impact, acoustical (.50 NRC), tackable, and have a 65% post consumer content.

Our Privacy Panels and Carrel Systems are ideal for your short or long term needs. These durable, lightweight panels can be quickly and easily setup and then taken down and stored until needed again or placed for permanent use.

Here are just a few ways in which they are being used.

Testing Centers
Business, government, and education all have regular and/or occasional testing requirements. You can quickly setup test areas and testing stations that will suit your requirements. These panels are both acoustical and tackable. Too often desk carrels lack the acoustical performance necessary to maximize their design intent. The high-impact tackable surface allows instructions, notices, permitted reference materials, and admonitions to be easily attached and replaced as necessary.

School Libraries
Create both permanent and temporary study carrels. Many schools, colleges, and universities have a portion of their library seating configured as permanent study carrels to afford additional privacy for concentrated study. During mid-term and final examinations, the student demand for study carrels increases dramatically. Our Quick-Carrel® System is available in many different sizes and configurations to fit any desk, table, or other surface. Soft-Spoken® Privacy Panels are ideal for defining an area of the library for a particular temporary or permanent use such as presentations, study groups, book reviews, etc.
