A Message To Our Partners About Coronavirus (COVID-19)
Fabricmate Hopes You And Your Family Are Safe And Staying Healthy During These Trying Times
We Are Open And We Are Here For You!
To our Valued Partners,
As we all continue to navigate the unprecedented and changing circumstances presented by the spread of COVID-19, Fabricmate Systems' top priority remains the health and safety of our employees, customers, vendors and their families. We hope you and your family remain healthy and know that, like you, we are taking precautions and have taken the necessary steps to ensure our teams are working in a safe environment.
We have limited facility access to employees only but have procedures in place for customers that need assistance. We are deemed an "essential business" based on the local guidelines and guidance from the Department of Homeland Security. We supply building materials to "critical infrastructure sectors" including: Food, Beverage and Personal Hygiene Manufacturing and Distribution centers, Pharmaceutical/Healthcare companies, Transportation, Construction and Fire/Police and Public Safety projects. The supply chain for these essential products are contingent on our ability to deliver and provide the necessary products and services to support ongoing operations.
This is an unprecedented time in our country for businesses and families. We will work together to continue to provide a safe workplace for our employees and do our part to distance ourselves from others. We have eliminated all non-essential travel and have implemented enhanced cleaning protocols at our warehouse and distribution centers.
Do not expect any changes in our ability to provide the products or samples you need, when you need them. You can contact us for service daily by phone at (866) 622-2996, and you can shop online 24/7 on our website at www.fabricmate.com .
We are committed to the safety and well-being of our employees, our customers, our vendors and their families. Together we will all get through this. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.
